External Views

The villa affords full mountain views to the left and a sea view to the front.  The large patio is more than enough for the large six seated patio table and four sun-lounger.  The private pool is solar heated all year round, 3m x 5m with a depth of 1.3m x 1.5m. There is also private parking for those that hire a car to tour this fabulous island.

Ground Floor

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven with a halogen hob & extractor, full size fridge freezer, stainless steel kettle,  toasters, sandwich maker and tableware for up to 8 guests with knives as sharp as you'd get them at home.  The solana/utility room has a washing machine and clothes maidens, also cleaning equipment, mops brushes etc

A spacious sized living/dining room, which seats six and a large leather settee & suede settee/double sofa bed, a 32` flat screen tv with sat/dvd & media station, cd/mp3 player, lamps with dimmers to set the mood for a relaxing evening.

1st Floor

 The patio  at the top of the stairs leads onto a balcony which runs right along the first floor of the villa. 

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside drawer units.  There is a double patio door with access to the 1st floor balcony and seating area.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Built in wardrobes, en-suite,  travel cot.  A secure safe is available in this room to lock away valuables.

Ceiling fans in both bedrooms have been added for your comfort.

Bathroom  The villa has three bathrooms the main of which is situated next door to bedroom 1 and consists of  toilet, bath/shower and wash basin.  Bedroom 2 affords an en-suite bath/shower, bidet and wash basin.  There is also a  downstairs shower room/toilet/wash basin & and storage cupboard.  In this cupboard is an iron/ ironing board, inflatable’s for the pool, hoover and other cleaning equipment.

Towels and linen are included in the price (not beach towels) the villa will be cleaned once a week with a towel and linen change. A daily clean can be done at your request at a cost  High chairs can be rented for 12 euros per week on request.
