elcome to Casa Te Bonita, a modern villa furnished to a very high standard, situated between the Rubicon Marina & the famous Papagayo beaches, both a 15 min walk in either direction.
Leather & suede sofas provide comfort whilst relaxing in front of the flat screen satellite TV or listening to your Ipod/PSP/mobile on the media dock. The villa affords full mountain views to the left and a sea view to the front.
The sun follows the villa around the patio and heated pool area all day making relaxing or unwinding in the evening even more enjoyable. With a supermarket & children's play area, restaurants and car hire within a 5 min walk convenience is guaranteed.
Playa Blanca is just a 30 min stroll (or 3.60euro in a taxi) along the a beautiful coastal pathways with stunning views across the waters to the island of Fuerteventura.
On the way is the Rubicon Marina which boasts quality reasonably priced restaurants, bars ,snack bars, full size bowling alley, mini golf and a shopping centre to suite all tastes. A relaxing atmosphere with the feeling of home will make your holiday perfect.
A £100 per week deposit (i.e. £200 for a 2 week stay) is required at the time of booking - the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. In addition a separate deposit of £100 is required cash/ (cheque not banked returned at end of holiday). Please note that this villa has a NO SMOKING POLICY, however there are large external patio/terrace areas for this purpose.
Thursdays and Sundays are the preferred days but we will try to book whatever day is the cheapest flight day for you (subject to bookings on either side)
The rental price shown is for the villa and not per guest, and is the same all year round. The price reflects a new property being introduced to the rental market, we are confident that once you have experienced Lanzarote in our villa, comparisons to quality versus price will be hard to beat.
A taxi from the airport to the villa cost about 40 euro. The airport is well equipped and taxi's are plentiful. However, if hiring a car use the Google Directions button above for door to door directions! Car hire is very reasonable (about 70 euro per week) in Lanzarote and allows you to visit all of the attractions in your own time.
